Annual Director of Public Health Report is a short film produced by Spotted Media, for Wiltshire Council. In previous years, the report was a published document. For this year it was decided to film Tracy and her team direct to camera in a studio environment. Throughout the film, additional footage was used to illustrate points of interest, while the two camera angles help to hold the viewers attention.
The shoot took just under six hours to complete, with lighting, cameras, sound and staging arranged within the council’s offices. Motion graphics and editing was finished at Spotted Media’s studio.
